OUR POLICIES

BOOKING

All booking can be done on our website for your convenience. To book an appointment, a credit or debit card is required to reserve your spot. Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours before your schedule appointment time or do not show up to your appointment.

 

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) and is non-refundable. If for any reason we are unable to charge your card upon canceling or rescheduling, you will be required to make a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment.

 

OTHER POLICIES

Because we offer services, we are unable to give any refunds. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will figure out the best solution for you.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a “no show.”

If you are getting a service done in our beauty bar, please come alone. No children, friends, or any other people are permitted, only those who are being serviced at that time.

If you are sick, please be considerate of our staff and other guests and reschedule.

In certain circumstances, Gino’s may cancel your appointment due to inclement weather. Your card will not be charged.
